Conclusion of the brewing seminar

As in every semester, the tasting of the student semester beers took place at the end of the lecture period. Due to the pleasingly high number of students from all faculties at RPTU who attended the brewing seminar this semester, three different beers were presented and tasted. After the scientific analysis of the brewing processes in the form of a presentation, the beers were subjected to an in-depth tasting. They ranged from a ‘Münchner Hellen’ to a ‘Bananen Weizen’ and an ‘Irish Stout’. All the beers had their very own character and were well received. If you are curious about our brewing activities, you can become a brewer yourself in the winter semester, as the brewing seminar takes place every semester.
