Congratulations to M.Sc. Behzad Heydaryan Manesh on successfully completing his PhD and defending his doctoral thesis entitled “Model Predictive Control for Industrial Energy Flexibility: Applications to Beverage Production Plants and Bidirectional Electric Vehicle Charging Hubs”.

Behzad has developed a hierarchical scheme and algorithms for energy-management systems that can be efficiently utilized for implementation of generic ancillary services.
