The 9^th World Congress on Particle Technology (WCPT) was celebrated from 18. to 22. September in Madrid, Spain. With a keynote Lecture of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sergiy Antonyuk, 12 oral presentations and 3 poster presentations, the Institute of Particle Process Engineering was prominently represented. In almost all fields of research in particle technology, the newest results could be presented to an audience consisting of international experts.

A special honor came to our Humboldt Fellow Dr. Olha Aleksieieva, she won the Best Poster Award of the congress, congratulation!
