International Mesoscience Forum 2026 to Kick Off in Germany
Driving Mesoscience innovation to tackle transdisciplinary challenges

We are pleased to announce the International Mesoscience Forum 2026, which will take place on September 3, 2026, at the RPTU University Kaiserslautern-Landau, Germany. The forum is jointly hosted by the International Panel of Mesoscience (IPM), the Institute of Particle Process Engineering (MVT) and the State Key Laboratory of Mesoscience and Process Engineering (Meso).

Mesoscience is a methodology used to solve complex, multiscale problems in basic research and is being applied more and more in different industries. The forum will cover four selected application fields: sustainable development, biomedicine, material science and artificial intelligence.

The aim of all themed exchanges is to strengthen cross-border transdisciplinary research-industry cooperation, accelerate advances in Mesoscience and its technological integration, and yield actionable research outcomes that address urgent multiscale challenges.

We cordially invite global experts, scholars, and industry leaders from relevant institutions to participate and advance the innovation and industrial integration of Mesoscience together.
