Course content

  • Thermodynamic principles of combustion (technical firing)
  • Chemical principles of combustion and the formation of pollutants
  • Process engineering processes for exhaust gas treatment
  • Exergy analysis

Digital / Presence

Classroom lecture and lecture hall exercise.

An interactive computer exercise will be carried out in groups using the JULIA program. An extra introduction will be given for the exercises. Participation in the group exercise is a prerequisite for admission to the examination.
