Guest lecture by Prof. Massimo Poletto and Prof. Diego Barletta (University of Salerno, Italy)

On July 9, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming Prof. Massimo Poletto and Prof. Diego Barletta from the University of Salerno to our institute.
As part of the GRK 2908 WERA Research Training Group, they gave a guest lecture in the seminar room of the LASE building entitled:

“Flow and spreading properties of powders at process conditions.”

In addition, an in-depth technical exchange took place with our colleagues from Salerno – particularly regarding future collaborations and shared research perspectives.
It was an inspiring visit that provided us with valuable insights and fresh impulses.

Prof. Massimo Poletto and Prof. Diego Barletta from the University of Salerno are proven experts in the field of powder technology, particularly in the modeling and analysis of flow and dispersion properties of bulk solids under process conditions.
